There are no limits to what you can store; red wine, white wine, champagne and prosecco. You name, this wine cooler can store it! Loved it... yes, past tense

I bought this model in 2017 for my kitchen remodel. It lasted till Xmas 2023. No longer cooling, it emits a chirping sound constantly, and I can't manually turn it off. Called Smith & Hanks, nice person on the end of the line said he would send me the main 'control panel' (I'm assuming a circuit board) and I should have it by the end of the week. It's now been 3 weeks, I've called back a couple of times only get vmail. Still no response.

I loved this little wine cooler, but I have a feeling this company is on their way out. I am now faced with trying to fix this by either finding parts for it online somewhere, or, completely replacing it.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE The Best bar none

I bought my wine cooler in 2016 and it just stopped working before Christmas. I called Smith and Hanks and the associates could not be friendlier and most helpful. They sent a new part that we guessed was the problem then a few more parts and joila It is up and running. If and when this one does go by the ways side I will call them immediately for a new one!!!Do not hesitate to buy Smith and Hanks
